Fife Intensive Rehabilitation & Substance Use Team (FIRST) provides a community based rehabilitation service to individuals in Fife with drug or alcohol issues via one to one, group and volunteer support.

The mental health service provides comprehensive, general mental health services for adults and elderly people across the whole of Fife. The Learning Disabilities service also provides hospital and community based services for children and adults with learning difficulties.
